Holiday home Storklinten 30 is one of our most popular holiday homes, it has become a real success!
The cottage has a built area of ​​only 30m² but feels much more spacious than that.
The high ceiling height together with the large panoramic windows gives an airy feeling in the living room and kitchen.
This cottage has everything you need. Entrance with a small hall, bedroom, fully equipped bathroom even with washing machine. Complete kitchen.

A wonderful loft with high ceilings.
The design of the house fits into both the mountain and archipelago environment.
You build the house either on a plinth foundation or on a slab on land.

The house is made of solid Swedish timber panels. The interior has a white waxed horizontal panel, or alternatively plaster.

The house comes fully insulated with 200mm insulation in the roof & 150mm in the walls. All windows are triple glazed.

Normally this house is delivered with Lindab’s sheet metal roof with tile profile but can also be supplied with a ”real” tile roof.
The bathroom is complete with toilet, bathroom furniture, shower, underfloor heating, spotlights in the ceiling and NIBE water heater. The surface is wet room carpet or tiles.

The kitchen from Ikea, a total of 1800mm with upper and lower cabinets. Built-in fridge, ceramic hob and oven.
Carbon filter fan. Oak worktop with round sink.
