Holiday home Storklinten 30 is one of our most popular holiday homes, it has become a real success!
\nThe cottage has a built area of \u200b\u200bonly 30m\u00b2 but feels much more spacious than that.
\nThe high ceiling height together with the large panoramic windows gives an airy feeling in the living room and kitchen.
\nThis cottage has everything you need. Entrance with a small hall, bedroom, fully equipped bathroom even with washing machine. Complete kitchen.<\/p>\n
A wonderful loft with high ceilings.
\nThe design of the house fits into both the mountain and archipelago environment.
\nYou build the house either on a plinth foundation or on a slab on land.<\/p>\n
The house is made of solid Swedish timber panels. The interior has a white waxed horizontal panel, or alternatively plaster.<\/p>\n
The house comes fully insulated with 200mm insulation in the roof & 150mm in the walls. All windows are triple glazed.<\/p>\n
Normally this house is delivered with Lindab’s sheet metal roof with tile profile but can also be supplied with a ”real” tile roof.
\nThe bathroom is complete with toilet, bathroom furniture, shower, underfloor heating, spotlights in the ceiling and NIBE water heater. The surface is wet room carpet or tiles.<\/p>\n
